A. My max PJ is 145- I had lots of trouble with this today. Not sure what my problem
is but I’m thinking the jerk blocks were too high.
I did PJ 145 but not anything heavier. Did split up to 155 then kept hitting the blocks
B. 100-107-110 (OMG Math?)
C1. HH was hard. When you say HH I think shoulders stay behind bar, yes?
D1. Hands on a 45lb bumper and 15lb bumper both high temp – 5-6 reps
