Sick, sick, sick!  I’ve been sick!  Apparently hormone imbalances really weaken one’s immune system. I’ve never been this sick so frequently in such a short amount of time in all my life. #menopausesucks. Finally I am on the mend and ready to get back at it.  I’ve got to make up some workouts from this week that I missed.
