Yay MAP! My rotator cuff has been acting up a bit but Dr. Vickie worked on it and it feels much better. I had an impingement. The rest of CrossFit North Fulton will be at a neighbor box competing but I will stay and do this MAP. Good luck to all my peeps competing today.

Tater cuff felt fine. I partioned thrusters and pull ups on second, third and fourth sets.
