Looking forward to this, except for the running with the plate part. This workout is prep for the Atlanta Affiliate League Finals this weekend. We’re short 2 people on our team so the 6 of us will have to workout for every event. Our team did win the month long league so we get to go the the Hydration Station this Friday. Looking forward to that too!

Not sure why part 1 took me so long. I felt like I couldn’t catch my breath. It’s very humid here and I had taken some valerian and kava to help mr sleep the night before. Not sure if that had anything to do with it it not.

Had a great time at the Atlanta Affiliate League this past Saturday. Our team won both our events and will go to the finals next week. Actually I think all teams go to the finals for a single elimination showdown. We are currently tied for the #1 spot for the whole thing! Our team desperately wants to win the hydration station prize! Even though we don’t know what it is.
