A. Power Clean – build to a max in 8min 165

B. Power Clean 8min amrap @90% of A 150X8
C. FLR on rings – accumulate 4min

A. Push Press 3-3-3-3-3, 2min rest 83-105-117-120-120
15min amrap
12 Bumper Burpees (jumping onto a 45lb bumper)
10 Deadlifts 105#
8 t2b

I did both of these on Friday as I was in downtown Atlanta for a concert Friday night and Saturday. Felt great for both of these. I had back loaded the night before with white rice and frozen yogurt :0
