A. Back Squat @3011 8-10×3, 3min rest 115/135/135
B. Squat Clean 4-5×5, 2min rest 120/120/120/120/120 X 4 reps each set
8min amrap @90%
30 double unders
5 c2b pullups
12 wall balls 14# to 9ft
6min rest
Round 1: 4 + 33
Round 2: 4 + 38

I didn’t sleep well last night and had a rushed day today. I didn’t know where to start on back squat but now know I could have done a little more, maybe 145. Squat cleans felt good and I was just trying to get through the MAP. Hopefully more rest for me tonight.
